Return Policy

Even though we're pretty confident that you'll be satisfied, we know there is always something that can go wrong. That's why we offer a 30 day exchange policy. If it's not to your complete satisfaction, we'll pay for you to send the product back to us within the first 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

Simply fill out this short return form, or contact us via email or by phone for more information, to receive your return label via email.

Once we receive the item we'll thoroughly check it over and a refund will be issued to your card with 30 days. We will send you an email notification after your items are received and after we credit you account. All refunds are issued as a credit to the original credit card registered to the account. Please allow 14 days after email notification to receive you refund. We do not refunds via company check.

If you are sending back an espresso machine or coffee maker, please ensure it is packaged the same way in which you received it and if you are shipping the item using your own shipping method please make sure it is insured for the full retail value. If it isn't insured and is damaged in transit, we most likely will not be able to credit you for the full amount.

Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repackaging, or that are returned exceptionally dirty from use, may be charged a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if the return does not follow the guidelines outlined above.
